Question: When will the item ship? Where will the item ship from?
Answer:   We usually ship items as indicated on our domestic shipping options the next business day up to 3 business days.  We do not ship in the weekends and holidays.  There are some cases where demand for the product is pretty high that it can take an additional day or two to ship.  If there’s a backorder - we usually have it drop shipped to our receiving center.  Items will be shipped from Southern California and in some cases Northern California with one return address for returns if applicable.

Question: What’s the usual Delivery time?  I have a tracking number and it still says “Electronic shipping info received” after 24 hours of receiving number from seller.
Answer:   USPS shipments usually arrive 4-15 business days excluding holidays and weekends.  In certain cases, it can take up to 21 business days.  We do not have control over the transit time once USPS picks the item up at our warehouse.  Shipment is picked up the next day you receive your tracking number.   Tracking numbers that don’t show any progress doesn’t mean that your item hasn’t shipped.  Because of the system USPS uses to track numbers - your shipment’s progress doesn’t usually show up until it is delivered.  We can only control outcome of shipping speed when you purchase expedited shipping since they have a higher priority and they are time guaranteed to be there 2-5 business days.  Instant
